To clean your jewelry, mix mild soap with warm water, swirl the pieces in the mixture and gently pat dry with a soft cloth. Polish with the professional grade jewelry polishing cloth included in your order.

To store your jewelry, hang your items, clean + dry, on the jewelry card the came in and place them in an air tight bag or container to prevent oxidation. Keep your items separate while storing to avoid tangling and scratching.

Due to the custom nature of our personalized products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.

If a mistake has been made on our end (ex. an incorrect stamping or misspelling), please contact us at customerservice@barberryandlace.com as soon as you receive your piece(s) and we will make arrangements for a replacement.

RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping costs. Refunds will be issued only once the item(s) are received by us. All items must be in their original condition and returned in their original packaging.
