Due to the custom nature of our personalized products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.
If a mistake has been made on our end (ex. an incorrect stamping or misspelling), please contact us at email@example.com as soon as you receive your piece(s) and we will make arrangements for a replacement.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping costs. Refunds will be issued only once the item(s) are received by us. All items must be unworn and in their original condition and returned in their original packaging. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return details.
We do accept exchanges, but please note that processing times will apply to the new item(s). Please contact us at email@example.com for exchange details.
