RETURNS + EXCHANGES ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Due to the custom nature of our personalized products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.
If a mistake has been made on our end (ex. an incorrect stamping or misspelling), please contact us at customerservice@barberryandlace.com as soon as you receive your piece(s) and we will make arrangements for a replacement.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping costs. Refunds will be issued only once the item(s) are received by us. All items must be in their original condition and returned in their original packaging. Please email us at customerservice@barberryandlace.com to initiate a return or log in to your account, select the order you wish you return and follow the prompts to submit your request.
EXCHANGES
We do accept exchanges, but please note that processing times will apply to the new item(s) and all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Please email us at customerservice@barberryandlace.com to arrange for an exchange or log in to your account, select the order you wish to exchange and follow the prompts to submit your request.
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at customerservice@barberryandlace.com within 24 hours of your purchase.
