JEWELRY CARE
-Do not use any cleaning solutions on your jewelry.
-Minimize your jewelry's exposure to chemicals as these will leave residue on your pieces (hairspray, lotion, perfume, etc.).
-Avoid storing your jewelry in the bathroom as moisture + humidity dramatically speed up the oxidation process.
To clean your jewelry, mix mild soap with warm water, swirl the pieces in the mixture and gently pat dry with a soft cloth. Polish with the professional grade jewelry polishing cloth included in your order.
You can purchase additional polishing cloths here.
To store your jewelry, hang your items, clean + dry, on the jewelry card the came in and place them in an air tight bag or container to prevent oxidation. Keep your items separate while storing to avoid tangling and scratching.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
FREE GIFT RETURN POLICY
Orders totaling $125+ qualify for our free jewelry case gift (valued at $19.99).
If items from that order are returned and the refunded total falls below $125, the free gift no longer qualifies. In that case:

The $19.99 value of the jewelry case will be deducted from the refund, and
-
That amount will be issued as a store credit.
The jewelry case does not need to be returned.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Due to the custom nature of our personalized products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.
If a mistake has been made on our end (ex. an incorrect stamping or misspelling), please contact us at customerservice@barberryandlace.com as soon as you receive your piece(s) and we will make arrangements for a replacement.

RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping costs. Refunds will be issued only once the item(s) are received by us. All items must be in their original condition and returned in their original packaging. EXCHANGES
We do accept exchanges, but please note that processing times will apply to the new item(s) and all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

SHIPPING INFO
At Barberry & Lace, every piece is handmade to order in-house, just for you. Because of this, all orders require a 3–5 business day processing time before they ship. Processing time refers to the time it takes us to make, finish, quality-check, and package your jewelry — it does not include transit time.
