-Do not use any cleaning solutions on your jewelry.
-Minimize your jewelry's exposure to chemicals as these will leave residue on your pieces (hairspray, lotion, perfume, etc.).
-Avoid storing your jewelry in the bathroom as moisture + humidity dramatically speed up the oxidation process.

To clean your jewelry, mix mild soap with warm water, swirl the pieces in the mixture and gently pat dry with a soft cloth. Polish with the professional grade jewelry polishing cloth included in your order.

To store your jewelry, hang your items, clean + dry, on the jewelry card the came in and place them in an air tight bag or container to prevent oxidation. Keep your items separate while storing to avoid tangling and scratching.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Due to the custom nature of our personalized products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items.

If a mistake has been made on our end (ex. an incorrect stamping or misspelling), please contact us at customerservice@barberryandlace.com as soon as you receive your piece(s) and we will make arrangements for a replacement.

RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping costs. Refunds will be issued only once the item(s) are received by us. All items must be in their original condition and returned in their original packaging. Please email us at customerservice@barberryandlace.com to initiate a return or log in to your account, select the order you wish to return and follow the prompts to submit your request.

EXCHANGES 
We do accept exchanges, but please note that processing times will apply to the new item(s) and all shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at customerservice@barberryandlace.com within 24 hours of your purchase.

We are proud to produce our pieces in house, by hand, as you order them, so please note that there is a small processing time to create your piece(s) before shipment is made. Our current processing time is included in each listing on our site.

We ship via the United States Postal Service's Ground Advantage service. Items shipped within the United States come with a complimentary tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery after shipment has been made.

Shipping upgrades to both USPS Priority and USPS Express Mail are available at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Products
Barberry & Lace is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages unless the customer has purchased package protection upon checking out.
