-Do not use any cleaning solutions on your jewelry.
-Minimize your jewelry's exposure to chemicals as these will leave residue on your pieces (hairspray, lotion, perfume, etc.).
-Avoid storing your jewelry in the bathroom as moisture + humidity dramatically speed up the oxidation process.

To clean your jewelry, mix mild soap with warm water, swirl the pieces in the mixture and gently pat dry with a soft cloth. Polish with the professional grade jewelry polishing cloth included in your order.

You can purchase additional polishing cloths here.

To store your jewelry, hang your items, clean + dry, on the jewelry card the came in and place them in an air tight bag or container to prevent oxidation. Keep your items separate while storing to avoid tangling and scratching.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment, less all applicable shipping costs.

Please note:

• Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

• Refunds are processed only after items are received and inspected.

Late Returns:
If a return is received more than 14 days after the return label is issued, the refund will be processed as store credit only, regardless of return authorization date or postmark.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items.

Please note:

• Processing times apply to exchanged items.

• All shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

• Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Due to the custom nature of personalized pieces, all personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

If an error was made on our end (such as incorrect stamping or a misspelling), please contact us at customerservice@barberryandlace.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement.

FREE GIFT RETURN POLICY

Orders totaling $125 or more qualify for a free jewelry case (valued at $19.99).

If items from that order are returned and the refunded merchandise total falls below $125:

• The $19.99 value of the jewelry case will be deducted from the refund

• That amount will be issued as store credit

• The jewelry case does not need to be returned

CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact customerservice@barberryandlace.com within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may already be in production and cannot be changed or canceled.

At Barberry & Lace, every piece is handmade to order in-house, just for you. Because of this, all orders require a 3–5 business day processing time before they ship. Processing time refers to the time it takes us to make, finish, quality-check, and package your jewelry — it does not include transit time.

• Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays

• During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher order volume

We ship all orders via USPS:

• USPS Ground Advantage (default shipping)
  Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment

• USPS Priority Mail (upgrade available at checkout)
  Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after shipment

• USPS Priority Mail Express (upgrade available at checkout)
  Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after shipment

Please note: Shipping upgrades speed up transit time only — they do not shorten our 3–5 business day processing time.

• Tracking numbers are provided for all U.S. orders

• Delivery timelines provided by USPS are estimates, not guarantees

• Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery delays are outside of our control, especially during peak and holiday seasons

Lost or Stolen Packages

Barberry & Lace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the carrier unless package protection is purchased at checkout. We strongly recommend adding package protection to your order for peace of mind.
