RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment, less all applicable shipping costs.
Please note:

Returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds are processed only after items are received and inspected.
Late Returns:
If a return is received more than 14 days after the return label is issued, the refund will be processed as store credit only, regardless of return authorization date or postmark.
Damaged Returns:
Items returned in worn, used, or damaged condition are not eligible for a refund. We recommend insuring all return shipments, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If a damaged return is received, we will contact you within 14 days with next steps.

EXCHANGES
We are happy to offer exchanges on eligible items.

RETURNS & RESIZING – RINGS
All of our rings are handmade to order in the size selected at checkout. Because each ring is custom made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on rings.
That said, we understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. If your ring does not fit as expected, we are happy to offer a one-time complimentary resize of up to ½ size up or down, subject to the following terms:

Resizing requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
Please note: Rings that have been resized are final sale and are not eligible for further adjustments, returns, or exchanges.
If you are unsure of your ring size, we strongly recommend having your finger professionally sized prior to ordering, as this helps ensure the best possible fit.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES – PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Due to the custom nature of personalized pieces, all personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
If an error was made on our end (such as incorrect stamping or a misspelling), please contact us at customerservice@barberryandlace.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement.
FREE GIFT RETURN POLICY
Orders totaling $125 or more qualify for a free jewelry case (valued at $19.99).
If items from that order are returned and the refunded merchandise total falls below $125:

The $19.99 value of the jewelry case will be deducted from the refund

That amount will be issued as store credit

The jewelry case does not need to be returned
CANCELLATIONS & ORDER CHANGES
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact customerservice@barberryandlace.com within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, orders may already be in production and cannot be changed or canceled.
