What is hand stamping? Hand stamping is the process of hammering a shape or letter made from a steel block into another piece of metal. Each individual character and letter is stamped separately to create an unlimited possibility of customizations! Unlike machine engraving, hand stamping will contain slight inconsistencies and will vary slightly with each hammer stroke. No two pieces will ever be exactly the same.
What is 14k Gold Fill? 14k gold fill is a genuine layer of gold permanently bonded onto its base metal with heat and pressure. The bond produced is a permanent one. It is far superior to gold plating, has much more value, and the finish can last many years if cared for.
Can I wear my Gold Filled jewelry in the shower or while working out? Yes! Gold Filled jewelry wears just like full gold jewelry! Over time, it will get dirty, so make sure to polish it with the professional grade polishing cloth included with your order! If you need more polishing cloths, you can find them here!

My package has been delayed! Can you help speed things along? The fastest way to resolve delivery issues is to contact USPS directly. Weather, holidays and other unavoidable delays can't be helped, but USPS's representatives can assist in other circumstances.

Do you ship internationally? We are currently only shipping internationally to Canada, Australia and AFB addresses. International customers, please keep in mind that you are responsible for any additional customs fees. These are not included in our shipping prices.
