We ship via the United States Postal Service's First Class Mail. Items shipped within the United States come with a complimentary tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery after shipment has been made.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: tracking numbers are not provided with First Class mail. If you'd like a tracking number, please contact us for additional charges. Please allow 14-21 business days after shipment has been made for delivery and note that any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are NOT included in your online transaction.
Shipping upgrades to both USPS Priority + USPS Express Mail are available at checkout.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS
We do accept both returns and exchanges on our personalized items. General Return and Exchange guidelines apply as stated below. In addition, a 15% return/exchange fee will be assessed or deducted from the refunded amount.
If a mistake has been made on our end (ex. an incorrect stamping or misspelling), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you receive it and we will make arrangements for a replacement.
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping costs. Refunds will be issued only once the item(s) are received by us. All items must be unworn and in their original condition and returned in their original packaging. Please contact us at email@example.com for return details.

What is hand stamping?
Hand stamping is the process of hammering a shape or letter made from a steel block into another piece of metal. Each individual character and letter is stamped separately to create an unlimited possibility of customizations! Unlike machine engraving, hand stamping will contain slight inconsistencies and will vary slightly with each hammer stroke. No two pieces will ever be exactly the same.
What is 14k Gold Fill?
14k gold fill is a genuine layer of gold permanently bonded onto its base metal with heat and pressure. The bond produced is a permanent one. It is far superior to gold plating, has much more value, and the finish can last many years if cared for.
Can handmade products be customized?
In most cases, yes! Email us at email@example.com with the item name and your customization. We will check into it and let you know!

Can my order be gift wrapped?
We make gift-giving easy! All jewelry comes packaged and ready for gifting free of charge. If you would like to include a special note, please let us know so we can include it for that extra loving touch!
Where is my order?
It's coming! Check out your shipment notification email for tracking details. If you haven't received a shipment notification email, your order is still in our studio. We promise it will go out soon! Processing times usually range between 3-10 business days.
My package has been delayed! Can you help speed things along?
The fastest way to resolve delivery issues is to contact USPS directly. Weather, holidays and other unavoidable delays can't be helped, but USPS's representatives can assist in other circumstances.
Do you have a brick + mortar?
Nope! We do, however, travel to an occasional craft market! See our "Upcoming Events" page for more info!
Can you make me something completely custom?
